BUSINESS HOURS
Unless stated differently in the "RETAIL OFFICE CLOSURE" section, our retail hours of operation are Tuesday's & Wednesday's from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday's from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and Friday's from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Mornings between 7:00 am - 10:30 am are reserved for Classes, Private Instruction, and consultations. Saturdays & Sundays are reserved for Large Group Classes, Private Instruction, Custom Build Appointments, and Consultations. We are closed on Monday's and all federal holidays. Please be sure to view our closure dates and delayed opening times below before planning a visit to the retail shop.

9/18 Retail Office delayed opening of 12:00 due to extended morning class.
9/26 Retail Office closed due to Travis County Sheriff Retirement Ceremony.

10/29-10/30 Retail Office open, unable to conduct FFL Transfers during this time.
10/30 Retail Office open, unable to conduct FFL Transfers during this time. Retail office closes at 3:30 pm.

FFL TRANSFERS
** Please be sure to check training closure and blackout dates when considering an FFL Transfer. Items will NOT be able to be received or transferred during these times.
Click on our SERVICES tab for more info. Ensure that you set up an order form BEFORE you select FDT as your transfer licensee in order for us to be able to facilitate your FFL transfer. Email us at info@FDTactical.com with your transfer request and we will need a few pieces of information to be able to complete an order form for you. Once your item is received it will be processed into our system and you will be notified of its arrival and pick up status. If you receive a notification from the sender or carrier that your item(s) have been delivered but have not yet heard from us, it is possible that your item(s) may not have been processed into our system and is not yet ready for pick up. Standard Incoming Transfer fee is $50 per item or $75 if an order form is not established prior to the receipt of the shipment. Additional fees may be accessed for oversized firearms or shipment has excessive other items included in package that has to be processed. Standard Outgoing Transfers are $125. CC/Debit fees apply.
TRAINING & INSTRUCTION
Due the current economical, moral, and ethical failures that are occurring throughout our country due to administrative "leadership", many consumers have been purchasing firearms and realized the importance of receiving proper instruction and training to be able to responsibly, effectively and safely utilize their personally owned firearm. With the extra influx of training requests in our public, private and contract sectors of training - our training division maintains a busy and booked schedule. If you, your group or company are interested in scheduling any of our classes, please email us with your inquiries and we will work with you to find a date and instruction that will work for you. Owning a FIREARM is a RIGHT, but proper training for safe and effective application and use is your RESPONSIBILITY.
